L. Bryan Smith is a partner at The Law Group with more than 35 years of trial experience representing clients in family law, criminal defense, and personal injury matters. A seasoned litigator, Bryan has built a reputation for providing practical, strategic legal counsel and strong courtroom advocacy. Whether negotiating a resolution or trying a case before a judge or jury, he is committed to protecting his client's interests and achieving the best possible outcome.
Bryan understands that legal matters often arise during some of life's most challenging moments. He and his legal team are known for responsiveness, honest communication, and ability to explain complex legal issues in a way clients can understand. Bryan earned his bachelor's degree in Political Science from Francis Marion University in Florence, South Carolina, before receiving his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law. After graduating from law school, he became a founding member of a local law firm, where he helped build a successful practice before joining The Law Group as a partner.
